Located in Summerville, SC, but serving the Southeast, Coastal Millwork & Supply LLC is an award winning, AWI QCP premium-certified, full service, commercial interior architectural woodwork and adjacent finishes contractor and fabricator. We specialize in the design engineering, project management, fabrication, and installation of custom wood & laminate products, custom finishes, decorative metals and glass, polymers, and stone packages.
Our primary mission is to "provide the highest level of comprehensive, pre-project design integration and pro-active construction management in the production and installation of premium finished, architectural wood and interior specialty products."
By regularly breaking down our performance over 800 architectural projects in 20 years of operation, we continue to develop our unique management and design engineering program. This significantly reduces final project cost and schedule impact events without effecting aesthetic expectations through the early identification, communication, and management of a project's unique obstacles, risks, and special collaboration needs with other trades for smooth workflow transitions. If other trades impact our work, we work with them during their scope phase to make sure we have a seamless installation of our own scope. Pending the project size, we typically shave off days, weeks, and even months from the standard installation durations of most scopes.
Our design engineering and project management teams have decades of experience in general construction and work diligently to coordinate our scope with others, often identifying pitfalls that would affect the whole project. We bring this valuable experience to every job, identifying design and construction issues that prevent problems before they start. We never identify an issue without offering multiple solutions.
From medical upfits to projects with multimillion dollar scope values, we are committed to 'not being the concern' for any General Contractor or Design Team and our track record and reputation have come from that commitment.
